Are socks a good gift for someone? Even if they are novelty socks, usually the answer is “no”. There are few things as disappointing than opening a present find socks inside. These socks are obviously the exception. If the giftee is a Star Wars fan then it’s hard to imagine them being anything but thrilled with this five-pack of Star Wars sock goodness.
Each pair of socks uses a background in the style of Van Gogh’s “Starry Night”. Layered on top of this is a graphic portrait of one of five iconic Star Wars characters. This includes Boba Fett, Yoda, Darth Vader, a Stormtrooper and Droids (C-3PO and R2-D2).
The art itself is very nice. At least, as nice as you can expect the picture on a sock to be. The detail in the images is quite impressive and they’ve chosen a selection of characters that any Star Wars fan would like. No Jar-Jar Binks here folks.
Of course, these socks don’t come cheap and they shouldn’t be your first choice at this price point for the Star Wars fan in your life. This is really for the fan who already has all the obvious stuff and who wouldn’t buy this for themselves.
