You’ve probably seen glass kettles with LED bottom pop up all over the place these days. It’s a trend that people seem to be quite into. It’s no surprise either. Not only is the price pretty reasonable, I think the Cosori looks better than many glass kettles asking for twice as much. Looks aren’t everything though. So how good is it simply as a kettle?

It’s constructed using borosilicate glass, which handles the heat easily and has the added bonus of being hard to scratch. Plastic elements are BPA-free and the metal components are stainless steel.

It’s also got the safety features you’d expect. It shuts off after reaching a boil and will also turn off if it runs dry. The best part of these kettles for me is however the pleasure of watching the water boil. It’s mesmerizing to see and even after it gets old, you still have a sweet kettle that will impress your friends. If that’s the sort of thing that would impress them, that is.
